    What tools do I need?
    A laptop (Mac, Windows, or Linux), Claude Code (Cursor or VS Code extension), an Anthropic API key (or OpenAI), and a free Apify account. We send a 30-minute setup video on May 13 walking you through every install step. Total cost outside the workshop: about $3–8 in API spend per full client audit.
    How technical do I need to be?
    Beginner-to-intermediate. If you have SEO or content context and you're comfortable running setup commands once with a video walking you through it, you're ready. You'll spend maybe 10 minutes total in a terminal across both days — from there it's prompt-driven. Not for absolute beginners with zero marketing context.
    Is this live or recorded?
    Both. Two live sessions on Zoom: Sunday May 24 and Monday May 25, both 7:00–10:00 PM IST (9:30 AM ET / 2:30 PM UK). Recordings delivered within 24 hours of each. The cohort Slack stays open through June 1 with Harshit, Varun, and team responding within 24h. Group office-hours call: Wednesday May 27, 1 hour, recorded.
    What will I leave with?
    The full SEO + AEO Claude Code OS installed on your laptop. A branded client report and AEO dashboard generated during the live sessions on the demo client. Recordings of both days. A free open-source AEO Visibility Audit mini-skill. Private repo access through June 1. And a week of team-backed Slack for blockers, custom client setups, anything in your way.
    Can I use this with my clients?
    Yes — run real client audits on the system as-is. You'll have working deliverables (report, dashboard, articles, schema) you can ship by Tuesday after Day 2. Cohort 1 doesn't include the white-label Agency Starter Pack with templated agency styling, branded pricing playbook, and 1-on-1 packaging time — that's cohort 2 territory in late June. But the system itself is fully usable for client work today.
    What's the pre-work?
    About 30 minutes total, sent May 13. Install Claude Code (Cursor or VS Code extension), grab an Anthropic or OpenAI API key, create a free Apify account, drop the keys into a .env file. We send a setup video walking through every step. Optional but useful: pick a real domain you care about for the live audit segment on Day 2.
    What if I can't make one of the live sessions?
    Recording of each day is delivered within 24 hours. Cohort Slack opens Sunday May 24 and stays open through June 1 — Harshit, Varun, and team respond to questions within 24 hours regardless of whether you watched live. Group office-hours call Wednesday May 27 is recorded. You can build at your own pace through the full week with the team backing you up.
    What is the refund criteria?
    Refund requests are eligible only if submitted at least 24 hours before the workshop start time. For example, if the workshop begins on the 24th at 7:00 PM, refund requests must be submitted by the 23rd at 7:00 PM. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
