Terms of Use & Refund Policy

By registering for an Agentiwise Labs workshop or by using labs.agentiwise.com you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trick you. Reply to harshit@agentiwise.com with anything that's unclear.

What you get

• A live workshop on the date(s) listed for the cohort you registered for.
• Access to the cohort's WhatsApp group (or equivalent), Zoom link, and any shared materials referenced in your confirmation email.
• The recording, made available within 7 business days after the workshop, viewable for at least 12 months.

What's expected of you

• Treat fellow attendees and the instructor with respect. Spam, harassment or selling unrelated products in the cohort chat will result in removal without refund.
• Don't share recordings, slides or member-only links with people who haven't paid. Repeat offenders get the boot.
• The content is for your learning. Building on it for your own work, clients, or company is the whole point — you don't need special permission for that.

Refunds & cancellations

Live workshops are scheduled tightly and seats are limited, so we keep the policy simple:

• Refund window: Refund requests are eligible only if submitted at least 24 hours before the start time of the first workshop of the cohort. For example, if the first workshop begins on the 24th at 7:00 PM, refund requests must be submitted by the 23rd at 7:00 PM. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
• If we cancel or reschedule: Full refund OR priority slot in the next cohort, your choice.

To request a refund or transfer, email harshit@agentiwise.com from the email address you registered with. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Pricing & taxes

Prices are shown on each workshop page and confirmed at checkout. Local taxes (GST, VAT) may apply depending on where you're buying from; Stripe shows the final amount before you pay.

Intellectual property

All workshop content (slides, recordings, written materials, templates) is owned by Agentiwise / Harshit Tyagi. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own work and learning. You may not republish or resell the materials.

Limitation of liability

Agentiwise Labs provides the workshops "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the registration in question.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced via newsletter and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
